Located in Bandon, County Cork our solicitors practice is an amalgamation of two long established solicitors practices that merged when one of the founders was appointed as a Circuit Court Judge and thereby triggering fusion of the two existing practices.
The practice comprises of two partners and three Solicitors with the relevant supporting staff. The current partners are James Long and Plunkett Taaffe and the associate solicitors are Margaret van der Zwan, Tomás Nyhan and Jane O’ Sullivan.
James Long established the practice of Messrs. Murphy & Long in 1987 and practiced for several years with his former partner from the firms existing building at Lower Kilbrogan Hill, Bandon, Co. Cork.
Plunkett Taaffe established his own practice at St. Patrick’s Quay, Bandon in 1987 and in 2005 both practices merged to form the current practice.
