John Hussey & Company Solicitor

John Hussey entered the legal profession in 1982 and established his practice in Fermoy in 1992. where he is supported by Secretarial staff and in-house Chartered Accountant Catherine Hussey B.A. ACA.

John was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1984, admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Ireland in 1991 and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland in 2000 and Solicitor of the High Court, Scotland 2008.

He previously practised in Mayfair in London and established his practice in Fermoy, County Cork in June 1992. He holds an Honours Law Degree from Liverpool John Moores University, a Post Graduate Masters Degree in Law from the National University of Ireland, University College Cork and a Diploma in the International and Comparative Law of Human Rights, University of Strasbourg, France. In addition he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, an Associate Member of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Southern Law Association and the International Bar Association. He also holds membership of the Law Societies of Ireland, England and Wales and Scotland.
