Agatha Taylor, litigation partner, started her career in Bell Branigan O’Donnell and O’Brien Solicitors who practised from 22 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2.
Bell Branigan O’Donnell and O’Brien Solicitors merged with Kennedy McGonagle Ballagh Solicitors in 1997, Roger Ballagh and Son Solicitors having previously merged with Kennedy and McGonagle in 1991.
David Ballagh, Commercial and Property law partner, is the fifth generation of Solicitors in his family having begun his career in Kennedy McGonagle Ballagh.
Agatha and David went on to become partner and managing partner, respectively, of the renamed KMB Solicitors and have now formed Ballagh Solicitors which is proud to service many of the valued clients of KMB and Bell Branigan O’Donnell and O’Brien Solicitors. KMB Solicitors incorporated the firm of Simon Broderick and Co. Solicitors in 2009 and further developed its speciality in debt recovery.
